Return and Exchange 

  • If you've received a damaged product, please send us snapshots and video of the damage via e-mail Info@myshopnik.com  and quality check would be done by our team.

  • In case you didn’t find the product satisfactory, please raise a return and exchange request within two days of delivery and get it exchanged via store credit/coupon

  • We do NOT offer refunds. We offer only store credit/coupon in case of returns.
